As I walk down the hallways of the school every day, I can hear the chatter of eager minds, the shouts of excitement from the victorious athletes, the thump of dancers' feet and the sound of melodious voices harmonizing. The perpetual energy, movement and enthusiasm permeate the atmosphere at PRG. We are school with a difference. We value individualism, creativity and innovation and strive to nurture them in our students.

As Teachers, Mentors and Pathfinders, the PRG World School fraternity finds great inspiration in the shloka from the Mundaka Upanishad embedded in the Atharva Veda.

The Shloka is a metaphor for the education system. I perceive this shloka to be the soul of an institution involved in the building of empowered individuals. An educational institution realizes the importance of synchronizing the bow, its string, the arrow and the goal. The learner in his completeness has to learn to hold the bow and arrow with great strength, pull the string so that it is taut enough and meditate on the goal.

A teacher plays a pivotal role in training a learner to achieve the desired goal. He is the one who acts as a bridge between the learner and his achievement. It is the constant endeavour of the teacher to guide his students to align their efforts with their aspirations. The purpose of this diary is to make you plan and work systematically. This will make you regularize your work. Parents are also requested to go through it and guide their ward for systematic and meticulous planning.

Ghanarv was enrolled in December in junior kg, then he promoted in class "Prep". Teachers make them do a lots of activities like dance, singing, all festival celebrations so my mother in law used to say: what do teachers teach in school, they are busy always doing other activities, don't how would they complete their syllabus but once at end of year Ghanarv was sitting beside his grand mother and trying to read english book, she was interestingly looking at him, she asked him some more things and he answered fluently, she was amazed and said it's good school. They make kids do all activities and focus on academic too. Now in society we live she proudly refers others PRG world school.
